Did you know that unless you practice yoga or specific relaxation techniques you have probably never experienced true, deep relaxation?!Even in sleep we are often not deeply relaxed. You may know that deep relaxation reduces stress, but did you know it can strengthen your immune system, and reduce pain along with many other health benefits?

Beginning with yoga to prepare the body and mind and drawing on her work as a psychotherapist and stress consultant, Jan will guide you into blissful Deep Relaxation ~ the body’s natural healing state.


Yoga suitable for all levels including complete beginners.


Mats and light refreshments provided.
