The practice is dynamic in that it can be quite ‘strong’ but the qualities of both flow and stillness bring balance.
Deep Dynamic Yoga is a balanced practice developing
both flexibility and strength in the upper and lower body, leading ultimately
to the quiet depths of relaxation.
Modifications are offered but this is not suitable
for beginners or people with current injuries
There will be a short break with refreshments
provided.
